TextAlud es un software que lee texto, muy bueno y muy conocido entre Uds. Es capaz de tener muchas voces. Escribís (o copiás) algo clic en la opción SPEAK y está listo para leerte el texto con la voz que escojás.

Adicionalmente agregué un pack de voces que espero te sean de utilidad.

Si lo conozco, una vez hice un portable (pero no me quedó muy bien, fue de los primeros que hice portable) se llama Dragon Naturally Speaking, veré si puedo bajar nuevamente algo de ese programa y hacerlo portable :D
