Plot Summary:
It's a wedding celebration. David (Colin Farrell) and Sarah (Margot Robbie) meet there for the first time. Later, they get into the car together and drive off. But their destination seems to recede further and further away, becoming more and more unattainable, because technology is throwing a wrench in their plans: the navigation system suddenly stops working, and neither of the two singles knows the area very well. So David and Sarah have to improvise on the fly and orient themselves with what they at least know a little. So they drive through the places they have already visited at some point in the past. In doing so, they realize that they haven't remembered these places by chance, but that they have not forgotten all of them for a specific reason. In this way, David and Sarah reflect on their past, re-evaluate their present, and even get a glimpse into their future.
