Gaye Adegbalola (nacida Gaye Todd 21 de marzo de 1944, Fredericksburg, Virginia , Estados Unidos) es una cantante y guitarrista estadounidense de blues , profesora, conferenciante, activista y fotógrafa.
Saffire - The Uppity Blues Women se formó por primera vez como dúo en 1984 por Adegbalola y su profesora de guitarra, Ann Rabson, y Earlene Lewis se unió más tarde para formar un trío. Lewis fue reemplazada por Andra Faye en 1992. Saffire grabó su primer álbum, Middle Age Blues , en su propio sello en 1987, con canciones que incluyen "They Call Me Miss Thang" y "Middle Age Blues Boogie".
