Un nuevo eslabón en la cadena de la evolución de las lanzaderas ha nacido con Sapiens, un programa que aprende de nosotros para ayudarnos a ejecutar la aplicación oportuna en cada momento.
Primero, para activarlo sólo hay que dibujar un círculo con el ratón en cualquier zona de la pantalla. A partir de ahí aparecerá una interfaz circular que nos presentará toda una serie de accesos directos a aplicaciones susceptibles de interesarnos, y esto lo hace en base al uso que le damos a nuestro Mac.
Está claro, al principio no andará muy bien pero tendremos que dejarle unos cuantos días más para que aprenda de nosotros, y que las opciones que nos proponga sean cada vez más acertadas. Visualmente atractivo, Sapiens es muy funcional; si no te gustan sus opciones, siempre podrás recurrir al teclado.
Eso es. Si no ves el icono de la aplicación que estabas buscando, siempre podrás empezar a teclear su nombre mientras Sapiens te irá mostrando iconos de utilidades que corresponden con lo escrito. Por último, también podrás arrastrar una imagen, un vídeo o un documento y dibujar un círculo sin soltar el fichero, de tal modo que nos proponga abrirlo con una serie de aplicaciones adecuadas.
